It depends on scope, but every engagement falls into one of four tiers: Starter (₦200k–500k), Standard (₦500k–1M), Premium (₦1M–5M), or Enterprise (₦5M+). The full breakdown is on the Plans page. We confirm an exact figure in the proposal that follows the discovery call.

A focused identity sprint runs 2–3 weeks. A standard brand engagement is 3–4 weeks. A full premium build with strategy, identity, and a custom website typically runs 4–8 weeks. Enterprise engagements run 8+ weeks. We'll lock dates in the kickoff doc.

Yes. We're based in Lagos but work with clients across West Africa, Europe, and the US. We bill in NGN by default, with USD/GBP equivalents on request. Most communication happens over WhatsApp, email, and Zoom, time-zone permitting.

Strategy is the thinking, the positioning, narrative, audience and message. Identity is what people see, the logo, colour, type, system. We do both, and we believe the second is meaningless without the first. Strategy first, decoration second.

Each tier specifies a defined number of rounds (usually 2–3 at the concept stage, plus refinement rounds before final delivery). Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. Most projects don't need the buffer, by the time concepts are presented, we've already aligned on direction.

Yes, once final payment clears, you own the agreed deliverables in full. We hand over editable source files (Figma, Adobe, Blender) and rendered exports for every format you'll need. Working files and unused concepts remain ours.

Both. We do refresh engagements, keeping the equity that works, sharpening what doesn't, and full ground-up rebrands. We'll tell you honestly which one your brand actually needs in the discovery call.

For Premium and Enterprise tiers, yes, quarterly creative reviews, asset extensions, and ongoing direction are part of the engagement. For Starter and Standard, we package retainer hours separately if you want continued access.

50% deposit to lock dates and start work, balance on final delivery. For longer engagements (8+ weeks), we split into milestone payments, usually 30% / 40% / 30%. Late payments past 14 days incur a 5% / month fee.

Yes. Standard NDAs and confidentiality agreements are fine. Both sides treat all project information as confidential by default, that obligation survives the engagement, written or not.

You own the work; you can use it however you need. We retain the right to feature it in our portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing during the proposal stage.
